1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, dashboards, APIs, and services (together, the "Service") operated by AgentLayer Systems Private Limited, trading as Lever AI ("Lever", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.
If you have a signed agreement or order form with us, that agreement prevails over these Terms wherever they conflict.
2. The Service
Lever provides AI agent infrastructure: we connect our customers' software products to AI agents (including generating and hosting agent-facing integration endpoints from customer code), and for enterprise engagements we provide implementation agents that configure customers' business platforms on their instruction. The specific capabilities available to you depend on your plan or agreement.
The Service is currently offered on an invite-only, early-access basis. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn as the Service evolves; where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on under a paid agreement, we will tell you in advance.
3. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate information when an account is created for you and keep your credentials — including API keys and secrets issued by the Service — confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the actions your connected AI agents take through credentials you or your end-users hold. Revoke any credential you believe is compromised, and tell us promptly.
- We may suspend access that we reasonably believe threatens the Service or others.
4. Acceptable use
Our published Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: don't break the law, don't attempt to breach or probe security controls you have not been authorised to test, don't interfere with the Service or other tenants, and don't use the Service to build a directly competing product by systematic extraction of its behaviour.
5. Your content and data
- You own your data. Code, documents, configuration, credentials, and other content you submit to the Service remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and transform that content solely to provide the Service — including generating integration artifacts from your code and sending relevant content to our AI provider to power agent functionality.
- We do not train or fine-tune AI models on your data, and our AI provider's commercial terms exclude API-submitted customer data from model training by default.
- You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the content you submit, including personal data of your employees or end-users. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
- Artifacts we generate from your code for your integration are provided to you as part of the Service; the underlying platform, tooling, and know-how remain ours.
6. Fees
The Service is billed under the agreement or order form covering your engagement; there are currently no self-serve online purchases on this website. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, and undisputed invoices are payable as stated on the invoice.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party providers — including Microsoft Azure (hosting), Anthropic (AI models), GitHub (source integration), and your identity provider for sign-in. Their availability affects ours. Your use of a third-party product you connect to Lever (for example, your GitHub repository) is governed by your terms with that provider.
8. Confidentiality
Each side may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving side will use it only to perform under these Terms, protect it with reasonable care, and not disclose it to third parties except to employees, advisers, and subprocessors bound by equivalent obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, and we maintain the security programme published at uselever.ai/security. Beyond that, the Service — including any early-access features — is provided "as is", and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output can be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing agent actions and outputs that matter to your business before relying on them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and each side's total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is capped at the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have paid nothing, INR 10,000). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you submit to the Service or your breach of Section 4 or 5. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us and used as permitted, infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights.
12. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either side may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice. On termination we will, per our retention policy and your agreement, delete your data — by default within the windows published in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature survive (including 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13) survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of AgentLayer Systems Private Limited, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date, and for customers under an active agreement we will give direct notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
